All items in our dinnerware collections are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly.

2.3 Product Use

Our Portmeirion tableware is designed for dining and decorative purposes. While our dinner plates, bowls, and drinkware are dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted, we recommend handwashing delicate items like cake stands and floral dinnerware sets to preserve their beauty.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If an error is discovered after your order is placed, we will notify you and either cancel the order or give you the option to confirm at the correct price.

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

We ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the items.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return:
