Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collection, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact—just as we carefully packed them for shipment.
Please Note:
For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Cake stands with visible signs of use
- Glassware that has been removed from its protective packaging
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Simple Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return (to help us improve our floral dinnerware collections)
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Once your return is approved, please repackage your items with:
- All original packaging materials
- Protective wrapping for fragile items like highball glasses or dinner plates
- The original packing slip (if available)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide you with a return shipping address based on your location (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). For your protection, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service (DHL or FedEx preferred)
- Insuring your package, especially for valuable 16-piece dinner sets
- Retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the original is received
- If the new item has a higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- For lower-value items, we’ll refund the difference
Exchanges are subject to availability of our British-designed dinnerware collections.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Portmeirion tableware arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- We’ll arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
